Although some might relate our company Long Range Systems UK Ltd as a 'paging' company, in fact we go back much further than that. For example back in the early 90's our managing director was involved with radio amateur equipment (also known as ham radio) and to this day holds a full UK amateur license.
But over the years since then, LRS UK has kept the communications skills and today we have a thriving repair workshop with exceptional engineers that can tackle most wireless walkie-talkie two-way radio problems.
Where the internet is concerned and in these 'throw away' times, it's sometimes not always a good idea to repair old equipment, but that is far from the case when you're talking high costs of handsets in many cases and for example ATEX radios usually carry a high cost so are always contenders for repair.
LRS UK is an authorised dealer for every brand we sell, and that matters for he service offerings that are available to customers simply because unauthorised outlets never get the same support directly from the manufacturer that the authorised channel benefits from. Let's face it, who wants a second rate service of anything from companies that simply don't have that underlying direct support form a manufacturer?
Rest assured that there is nothing you can ask us to carry out on repairs that we can't actually do! Remember some of those internet sales companies? If your two way radio falls under a manufacturing defect and is covered under warranty then our team at LRS will deal with this problem for you. We will have communications with the manufacturer of the radio that is effected and we will arrange the repairs or replacements for you.
